Art terms of service

By commissioning me or owning any of my designs, you agree to these terms

These are subject to change

•You may edit or change the design however you'd like once purchased•Don't resell the design for more than it was bought if it has no additional art, or if it was a free request•Do not remove my credit for any reason including a full redesign.•My designs are for personal use only unless otherwise discussed.•I reserve the right to decline any bid/offer for any reason.•You may resell/trade/gift the design.•Don't use my designs to depict hateful or immoral things. Ex: homophobia, feral nsfw. You will be blacklisted.

•Payment will be through paypal and be paid in USD•Forcing a chargeback will get you blacklisted permanently•I do not accept refunds on Adopts or completed commissions. If i've already started on your commission, the refund will reflect the time spent drawing (sketch, lined, etc)•If you must back out of an offer (before payment is sent) please let me know instead of ghosting me•Payment for adopts is expected within 48 hours of claiming unless otherwise discussed. If you fail to pay the adopt will go back on sale.•Fake offers will result in a block, do not offer what you don't have.•Feel free to ask about holds

•At least half of the payment must be sent before i begin the commission, I will not send the finished piece until full payment has been sent.•I keep all rights to the original artwork, ref sheet, etc. Sometimes i'll use designs/art as examples for commission sheets.•The artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise discussed.•I can decline any commission for any reason. If I don't think I can do a design justice I'll decline the commission.•Certain commission options don't allow for anthros or humans, this is because i'm not confident enough to draw them in that style•I will send a wip of the finished sketch. At this point please tell me if you'd like any big changes. Minor changes, like marking corrections, are allowed once the commission is finished. (I don't send wips for itty bitties)•You can request a pose or expression•Please don't continually ask when your commission will be finished. I try to get art done within a few weeks of the order. I understand being excited but pestering gives me anxiety and may result in me refunding you.•Turnaround time varies from a few days to a few weeks. I have a progress tracker on my commission carrd under "to-do."

•For fanart feel free to use my art as pfps or banners w/ credit•WC book designs can be used in maps w/credit•Do not edit or recolor my art unless its for a design you've purchased from me.•Any art i create cannot be used for AI training or NFTs•Don't repost my art w/o credit.•Taking inspiration from my art or poses I have drawn is okay! Just don't trace or 1 to 1 copy my work.
